END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is for the English4Today Syndicated Online Content and Software (CONTENT AND SOFTWARE).

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you the CONTENT PARTNER (either an individual or a single entity) and praxMatrix Limited (owners of English4Today websites and content) for the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE identified above, which includes computer software and coding and associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation ("CONTENT AND SOFTWARE"). By installing, inserting code supplied by English4Today, or otherwise using the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install the supplied code on your website or use the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE;

1. GRANT OF LICENSE.

This EULA grants you the following rights:

·	To use the supplied code on the page that you designated in your application to English4Today.  CONTENT AND SOFTWARE can be used on one website. 
·	CONTENT AND SOFTWARE can not be sold or any fee charged for its use.
·	CONTENT AND SOFTWARE must be in a free-to-access public part of the designated website.
·	A license for holding the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE in a restricted or ‘membership’ or password protected area is granted only after the payment of the appropriate license fee.
·	CONTENT AND SOFTWARE must not be displayed on websites that are pornographic, incite hatred, racial or religious intolerance, sexual discrimination or violence or that represent or encourage any criminal activity.
·	The CONTENT PARTNER may not copy, store off-line nor online, distribute any of the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE supplied by English4Today.
·	The CONTENT PARTNER may not change or alter in any way the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE supplied by English4Today including altering the graphical interface, supplied code or documentation.
·	English4Today and praxMatrix reserves the right to modify, add to, delete any of the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE at any time.
·	English4Today reserves the right to discontinue the supply of syndicated CONTENT AND SOFTWARE if it feels that the CONTENT PARTNER discredits the good name and reputation of English4Today or contravenes any of the articles of this agreement.
	
	
2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. 
	
Limitations on Reverse Engineering, Decompilation, and Disassembly. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE.
You may not print out or use any material connected with or used in conjunction with the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE except for limited personal reference, or for acceptable use by teachers for their students. In no case may you sell on parts of the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE without an appropriate license nor publish them or hold them in any medium of storage.  If you are not sure what ‘acceptable use’ may cover please contact info@praxmatrix.com with your usage request.

3. COPYRIGHT.

All title and copyrights in and to the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets" incorporated into the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE are owned by praxMatrix or its suppliers. The CONTENT AND SOFTWARE is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the CONTENT AND SOFTWARE like any other copyrighted material.
