IS is correct to say: In Christmas we use to eat turkey. or At Christmas we use to... which is the right preposition before the word Christmas in cases like this?

'At' is the correct preposition to use with 'Christmas' as it is with 'Easter'.
'In' can be use used with months and seasons:
'in July', 'in December', 'in winter'.
'On' is used with days of the week and dates:
'on Thursday', 'on my birhtday', 'on the 4th of July'.
